Privacy Policy

   Scope

   This policy summarizes how your information is handled on the https://skzdigital.com website operated by SKZ DIGITAL MAKİNA İTHALAT İHRACAT SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“SKZ Digital”).

   Detailed information on the processing of personal data is provided in the KVKK Privacy Notice.

   Information We Collect

   The site has no accounts or memberships. The site application processes only the following information.

   “Request a Quote” form: full name, company, email, phone, product of interest, ink category, requested quantity and description.

   “Service Request” form: full name, company, email, phone, machine/system, ink type, request topic, issue/request description and the names of the files you select (file contents are not collected).

   In both forms, the language and date/time of submission are also added to the email. Apart from these, the NEXT_LOCALE cookie is used to remember your chosen language (see Cookie Policy).

   Use of Information

   This information is used to assess your quote or technical service request, to contact you and to route your request to the relevant SKZ Digital unit (sales or technical service); technical information is used to limit misuse of the forms and for site security.

   The site does not use any system for analytics, advertising or profiling.

   Sharing of Information

   Your request is delivered to the mailbox of the relevant SKZ Digital unit (sales or technical service) through an SMTP email sending infrastructure.

   Technical service providers engaged to operate the email and IT infrastructure may process data within that infrastructure; where legally required, information may be given to authorised public bodies. The recipient groups and purposes are also described in the KVKK Privacy Notice.

   Apart from this delivery infrastructure, the site has no integration that passes your form details to third-party systems for advertising, analytics or marketing.

   Retention and Security

   The site application does not store form details in a database; they are sent as email and kept in SKZ Digital's email records for as long as your request requires and as far as applicable legislation requires.

   The forms use a hidden field, a submission-time check and request limiting, and accept requests only from the site's own domain. For request limiting, the IP address is kept temporarily in memory and is not stored permanently.
