KVKK Privacy Notice

   Data Controller

   This notice concerns the processing of personal data you share through the “Request a Quote” and “Service Request” forms on https://skzdigital.com. The data controller for this data is SKZ DIGITAL MAKİNA İTHALAT İHRACAT SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“SKZ Digital”).

   The data controller's address, tax office, tax ID and email address are listed in the identification details section at the top of this page.

   Categories of Personal Data Processed

   The information you provide in the “Request a Quote” and “Service Request” forms on skzdigital.com, and information generated when the form is submitted, is processed:

   Identity and contact details: full name, email address, phone number.

   Request details: company name, product of interest, ink category and type, requested quantity, machine/system details, request topic and whatever you write in the description field; in the Service Request form, only the names of the files you select (file contents are not collected).

   Transaction details: the language, date and time of submission. To limit misuse of the forms, your IP address is used temporarily in memory and is not stored together with your form details.

   Please do not enter personal data unrelated to your request in the description field.

   Purposes of Processing

   Your personal data is processed only for the following purposes:

   assessing your quote request and responding to you about the product you requested;

   assessing your technical service request and carrying out the service and technical support process;

   contacting you;

   routing your request operationally to the relevant SKZ Digital unit (sales or technical service).

   Your personal data is not processed for marketing, profiling or advertising purposes.

   Recipients of Personal Data

   Your personal data is transferred only to the following groups of recipients and for the stated purposes:

   Within SKZ Digital, the sales or technical service units the request relates to: to forward and respond to your request.

   Technical service providers engaged to operate the email and IT infrastructure: to deliver your request by email and to operate the technical infrastructure.

   Authorised public bodies and institutions where legally required: to comply with legal obligations.

   The site has no integration that passes your form data to third-party systems for marketing, advertising or analytics.

   Method of Collection and Legal Basis

   Your personal data is obtained directly from you when you complete the relevant web form (“Request a Quote” or “Service Request”) electronically.

   The processing activities involved in assessing and responding to your quote and technical service requests are based on the legal ground in Article 5(2)(c) of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698: “processing of personal data of the parties to a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract.”

   These processing activities do not rely on explicit consent. The “I have read and been informed” statement in the form is not an explicit consent statement; it only shows that you are aware of this notice.

   Rights of the Data Subject

   Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), as a data subject you have the following rights:

   learning whether your personal data is processed;

   requesting information if it has been processed;

   learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly;

   knowing the third parties to whom your data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad;

   requesting correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate;

   requesting deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the Law;

   requesting that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to the third parties to whom your data was transferred;

   objecting to an outcome against you resulting from analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems;

   claiming compensation for damage you suffer because of unlawful processing.

   How to Submit a Request

   To exercise your rights regarding your personal data, you can send your request to SKZ Digital, clearly stating your identity and the subject of your request, by the following means:
